This page explains what happens to the information you send me through the booking form. I am the data controller. You can reach me at ppepeliaeva@gmail.com.
What I collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, your description of the tattoo, placement, size, budget, preferred dates, and any images you choose to upload — including the photograph of the part of your body where the tattoo will go.
Why I collect it
To answer your request, to design a tattoo that fits your anatomy, and to arrange the appointment. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, and the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you.
Body photographs
A photograph of your body is sensitive information, and I treat it that way. I use it only to plan the composition. I do not publish it, share it, or use it for anything else. If you would rather not upload one, leave that field empty and write to me instead.
Who sees it
I do. The form is delivered to my email through my hosting provider, which processes the submission in order to send it to me. I do not sell your information, and I do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long I keep it
Until your tattoo is finished and any follow-up is done, and then no longer than two years, so I can find our conversation if you come back for more work. After that I delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
Photographs of finished tattoos
I like to photograph finished work for my portfolio and Instagram. I always ask you first, on the day, and you are free to say no. Saying no does not change anything about your tattoo.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ppepeliaeva@gmail.com and I will do it. If you think I have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your language choice on the booking form is remembered in your own browser and never leaves your device.
